No-Show Policy for The Barber Social:

At The Barber Social, we strive to provide excellent service to every client. We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, no-shows and late cancellations affect our ability to serve all of our valued customers. To ensure fairness to both our clients and barbers, we have established the following no-show policy.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
● We kindly ask that you give at least 12 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
● You can cancel or reschedule by calling us directly, or contact your barber though Booksy

2. No-Show Charges
● A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without notifying us in advance.
● If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will need to pay half of your total before you can rebook with your barber.

3. Late Arrivals
● If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.
● In such cases, we will treat it as a no-show and the cancellation/no-show fee will apply.

4. Repeat No-Shows
● After two instances of no-shows or late cancellations, you may be required to prepay for future appointments.

5. Exceptions
● We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to explain your situation, and we may be able to waive the no-show fee on a case-by-case basis.

Military Discount:

At The Barber Social, we deeply value and appreciate the service and sacrifice of our clients. As a token of our gratitude, we proudly offer a discount exclusively for active-duty military members, veterans, and first responders.

Please note that this discount applies only to the individual service member and does not extend to family members or dependents.
